I absolutely recommend this place! Not only was Alex extremely hospitable, but his style of teaching is detailed, patient, and full of such great distinctions. I happen to be only coming to drop in for a class while I was on vacation, but if I lived here, this would be my home school. I had a phenomenal experience and I believe it will be the same for you - check this place out for sure!

Alex did a great job introducing me to BJJ. He was my instructor for many
months at Hero's Academy. He taught me the basics of position, being calm, and
instilled in me a love for the sport. I continue to enjoy BJJ today, and I
always look forward to rolling with Alex and learning from him when I get the
chance.
